Concentrix in Warsaw is seeking a Travel Advisor for a Nordic premium airline SAS, delivering Danish-speaking support to premium customers. You will handle inquiries, assist with ticket purchases and payments, and support travelers facing issues, via phone or chat, while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires Danish at C1 and English at B2; extensive training is provided and employees enjoy SAS fare discounts in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Customer-oriented, helpful and collaborative.
• Available to work from Warsaw office.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
