Job summary

SAS Nordic Premium Airline in Warsaw is seeking a Travel Advisor to be the first contact for premium travel inquiries. You will assist with ticket purchases, handle various payment methods, and support travelers through travel difficulties.

Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2) is required. You will join a diverse international team, plus you'll complete a fully paid 2-month training program with a dedicated buddy and work from our modern Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to work from our office in Warsaw.
