Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle Nordic premium airline inquiries in Danish and English. You will be the first contact for premium customers, assist with ticket purchases and payments, and support travelers via calls and chat.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and a collaborative mindset, with a modern Warsaw office and a two-month training program to accelerate integration.

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2).

Your Responsibilities:

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
