Concentrix is hiring a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS, focusing on Danish-speaking customers. You will be the first contact for premium travel inquiries, assist with ticket purchases, payments, and travel difficulties, and support customers via calls and chat.

You must be fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2), be highly organized, patient, and an active listener. The role is based in Warsaw, with a modern office and an intensive two-month training program.

Qualifications
