Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Danish to join our Warsaw office. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries and help customers purchase tickets while handling various payment methods.

You will support travelers with travel difficulties, assist via calls and chat, and build lasting relationships through clear communication and a meticulous approach. Training provided and an international team awaits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) writing and speaking.
• Helpful, collaborative, enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Available to work from our Warsaw office.
