Concentrix in Warsaw seeks a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS, fluent in Danish and English, to handle premium travel inquiries, assist with ticket purchases and payments, and support customers with travel issues. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and a service mindset in an international environment.

You will join a modern office in central Warsaw and participate in a fully paid 2-month training program with a dedicated buddy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
• Highly organized.
