Talkpush is seeking a Customer Service Technical Specialist to join our international support team in Katowice. You will troubleshoot product issues, guide customers through installation and usage, and ensure a high-quality experience across phone, email, and chat.

Requirements include German C1 and English B2, prior customer service or tech support experience, strong technical aptitude, knowledge of Windows and MS Office, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics or home & garden equipment.
• Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products and connected devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and technical findings in internal systems.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality targets.
