Job summary

You will assist customers with product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance, providing support via phone, email, and chat. German (C1) and English (B2) are required, along with Windows and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications.
• Experience in customer service or technical support roles.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and technical findings in internal systems.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products and devices.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
