Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Readiness to work from an office in Katowice.
• Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles.
• Strong technical attitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart/AI devices, home & garden equipment or power tools.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions.
• Good knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office, and computer literacy (Wi‑Fi, mobile apps).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support mainly via phone.
• Backoffice support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile apps, and connected devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Identify root causes and determine solutions.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
• Document interactions and findings in internal systems.
• Educate customers on features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle after-sales cases like warranties, returns, and spare parts.
