Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Readiness to work from an office in Katowice.
• Experience in technical support/helpdesk/troubleshooting roles.
• Strong technical attitude and interest in consumer electronics and smart devices.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear customer-friendly solutions.
• Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office; basic Wi‑Fi and mobile app knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support mainly via phone.
• Backoffice support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with products, accessories, apps, and connected devices.
• Guide customers through setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Identify root causes and determine solutions; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Document customer interactions and technical findings in internal systems.
• Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Handle after-sales cases such as warranties, returns, and spare parts.
