Job summary

Start.io is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead onboarding operations for partner products within the Start.io platform/SDK. You will plan, execute, monitor integrations and provide ongoing technical consultancy to internal partners.

Responsibilities include solving complex technical issues, influencing product priorities from partner feedback, and building internal tools to improve delivery and automation across teams.

Qualifications

• B.A/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of working experience as Technical Solutions Engineer or equivalent
• Knowledge of Internet and Mobile domains, REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML.
• Experience with HTML, JS
• Experience with AI agents
• Experience with MongoDB
• Fully proficient in SQL and MS Excel, ability to write complex queries
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Proactive and curious, team player, motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of partners' custom onboarding operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring successful launch and operation.
• Investigating and solving technical issues.
• Contribute to product development and prioritization based on feedback and partners requirements.
• Drive successful delivery and process improvement
• Development of internal tools and automation solutions
