Job summary

Start.io is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead complex partner integrations, plan and execute onboarding, and provide ongoing technical consultancy across the Start.io platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, and partners to ensure successful implementations and continuous improvement.

Requirements include 3+ years in a similar role, strong SQL/Excel skills, MongoDB experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.Sc. in CS/IT/IE or related field.
• 3+ years experience as Technical Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML.
• Experience with HTML, JS.
• Experience with AI agents.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Proficient in SQL and MS Excel; able to write complex queries.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of partners' custom onboarding operations including planning, execution and monitoring, ensuring successful launch and operation.
• Investigate and solve technical issues.
• Contribute to product development and prioritization based on feedback and partners' requirements.
• Drive successful delivery and process improvement.
• Develop internal tools and automation solutions.
