Job summary

DevBrother in Poland is seeking a Solutions Engineer to share product expertise and guide client integrations, with a strong focus on front-end and overall web technology. You will apply analytical and interpersonal skills to help customers maximize value from our platform.

You will act as product advisor, expand tech knowledge across frontend/backend, troubleshoot integration issues, onboard new customers, define requirements, and collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to

Qualifications

Strict English at C1-C2 level with exceptional written and verbal skills.
5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Front-End, or QA in fast-paced global environments.
Willingness to work within US time zones.

Responsibilities

Be the Product Expert: act as trusted advisor for clients to maximize value.
Expand Technical Expertise: frontend/backend web tech, optimization, AI/ML, cloud.
Support & Troubleshoot: resolve integration issues and answer technical queries.
Onboard Customers: manage technical onboarding and translate outcomes into plan.
Define Requirements: specify new integration requirements and timelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate with CS, R&D, Sales, Marketing.
Quality Assurance: apply QA practices to ensure high-quality integrations.
