Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a technical partner to own customer relationships end-to-end and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. You will drive high-quality delivery, manage projects, and engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success.

The role involves national and international meetings, data migrations, and seamless deployment within customer environments. Hybrid work and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• Strong understanding of web-based technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for national and international meetings.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with defined customers from start to finish.
• Conduct national and international meetings to communicate solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting.
• Configure software solutions with Solution Specialists and estimate project efforts.
• Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships to enable growth.
• Lead customer projects using project management best practices.
