Job summary

Start.io is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead onboarding operations for partner products within the Start.io platform/SDK. You will plan, execute, monitor integrations and provide ongoing technical consultancy to internal partners.

Responsibilities include solving complex technical issues, influencing product priorities from partner feedback, and building internal tools to improve delivery and automation across teams.

Qualifications

• B.A/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of working experience as Technical Solutions Engineer or equivalent
• Knowledge of Internet and Mobile domains, REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML.
• Experience with HTML, JS
• Experience with AI agents
• Experience with MongoDB
• Fully proficient in SQL and MS Excel, ability to write complex queries
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Proactive and curious, team player, motivated and organized.

The Professional Services Engineer / Technical Solutions Engineer will have full responsibility for leading, planning, executing, and seeing through technical integration processes for 3rd-party partner products into the start.io platform/SDK, as well as providing ongoing technical consultancy and support to internal partners.
