Job summary

StartApp, inc. seeks a hands-on Professional Services Engineer to lead technical integrations of partner products into the Start.io platform/SDK. You will plan, execute and monitor onboarding operations and provide ongoing technical consultancy to internal teams.

You will tackle complex issues, contribute to product improvements, and help automate internal processes, ensuring smooth delivery and success for partners.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.Sc. in CS/IT/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Technical Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML and web tech.
• Experience with HTML/JavaScript and MongoDB databases.
• Proficient in SQL and MS Excel; ability to write complex queries.
• Excellent communication, multi-task coordination and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead technical integration projects of partner products into the Start.io platform/SDK.
• Plan, execute and supervise onboarding operations with partners.
• Provide ongoing technical consultancy and support to internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and drive process improvements.
