Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Talent & Learning Specialist to execute transactional and operational activities across talent and learning, ensuring compliance with global frameworks while delivering high-quality support.

You will resolve Tier 2 learning and rewards cases, monitor SLAs, coordinate enrollments and reporting, and maintain knowledge bases in a multinational shared services environment; ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Talent and Learning, a

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Talent and Learning processes.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Resolve Tier 2 learning and rewards cases.
Redirect complex requests to CoEs or OpCos.
Monitor SLAs and escalate issues.
Ensure data accuracy, privacy, compliance, and four-eyes checks.
Support talent and succession data updates and reporting.
Coordinate learning operations including scheduling, enrollments, logistics, and attendance.
Consolidate learning feedback and audit reporting.
Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation.
