Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Rewards and Performance Specialist to execute transactional activities across performance and rewards while ensuring compliance with global frameworks and alignment with local business needs.

The role involves resolving Tier 2 cases, monitoring SLAs, administering compensation cycles, and maintaining job catalogs and knowledge bases. A 1–3 year background in Performance and Rewards plus a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in handling complex Performance and Rewards processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of People Function processes and enabling technologies (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• resolving Tier 2 performance and rewards cases
• redirecting complex requests to CoEs or OpCos
• monitoring SLAs and elevate issues
• ensuring data accuracy, privacy, compliance, and four-eyes checks
• supporting performance cycle setup, form launches, and data tracking
• tracking progress and completion of performance reviews
• administering annual compensation and incentive cycles
• maintaining job catalogues, grading updates, and role evaluations
• maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation.
