HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Senior Rewards and Performance Specialist to run transactional activities in performance and rewards, ensuring global compliance while meeting local needs.

You will resolve Tier 2 cases, monitor SLAs, maintain data quality and privacy, support performance cycle launches, and manage annual compensation and incentives with accurate job catalogues and knowledge bases.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong understanding of People Function processes, esp. Performance and Rewards.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is a plus.

The Heineken Business Services (HBS) Senior Rewards andPerformance Specialist is responsible for executing transactional and operational activities across performance and rewards. This role ensures compliance with global frameworks while addressing local business needs, delivering high-quality operational support, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities would include:

• resolving Tier 2 performance and rewards cases
• redirecting complex requests to CoEs or OpCos
• monitoring SLAs and escalating issues
• ensuring data accuracy, privacy, compliance, and four-eyes checks
• supporting performance cycle setup, form launches, and data tracking
• tracking progress and completion of performance reviews
• administering annual compensation and incentive cycles
• maintaining job catalogues, grading updates, and role evaluations
• maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• more than 3 years of relevant experience in handling complex Performance and Rewards processes. You serve as point of escalation for within peers, onboard new joiners in the team, propose CPI initiatives to automate and improve quality of the tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• strong understanding of People Function processes, especially Performance and Rewards processes and enabling technologies (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• strong customer service and problem-solving capability
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• high attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
• strong focus on operational and customer service excellence
• proficiency with MS Office suite or related software, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
• excellent English (any other regional language is a plus).

• experience in service delivery or shared services environments.
