Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Rewards and People Development Lead to oversee performance management, rewards, talent development and learning programs. You will align local People services with global frameworks, drive process improvements, and support employee engagement across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive HR domain knowledge, and a track record of leading teams in a shared services context.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance management, rewards, talent development and learning.
• Proven team management with leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience optimizing service delivery in a shared services model.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of performance, rewards, talent and learning services.
• Manage team capacity, workload and priorities.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure privacy, compliance and four-eyes controls.
• Maintain knowledge base, FAQs and documentation for accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and standardize operations.
• Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with global/local stakeholders on People programs.
• Provide advisory guidance on related cases and lead the team.
