Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Senior Talent & Learning Specialist to execute transactional and operational activities across talent and learning. You will ensure compliance with global frameworks while delivering high-quality operational support and aligning with organizational goals.

The candidate will resolve Tier 2 learning cases, monitor SLAs, and manage data accuracy.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of relevant Talent & Learning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of People Function processes, esp. Talent & Learning and enabling technologies (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Operational and customer service excellence focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 2 learning and rewards cases.
• Redirect complex requests to CoEs or OpCos.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, compliance, and four-eyes checks.
• Support talent and succession data updates and reporting.
• Coordinate learning operations: scheduling, enrollments, logistics and attendance.
• Consolidate learning feedback and audit reporting.
• Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs and documentation.

The Heineken Business Services (HBS) Senior Talent & Learning Specialist is responsible for executing transactional and operational activities across talent and learning. This role ensures compliance with global frameworks while addressing local business needs, delivering high-quality operational support, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities would include:

• resolving Tier 2 learning and rewards cases
• redirecting complex requests to CoEs or OpCos
• monitoring SLAs and escalat es issues
• ensuring data accuracy, privacy, compliance, and four-eyes checks
• supporting talent and succession data updates and reporting
• coordinating learning operations including scheduling, enrollments, logistics, and attendance
• consolidating learning feedback and support audit reporting
• maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• more than 3 years of relevant experience in handling complex Talent and Learning processes. You serve as point of escalation for within peers, onboard new joiners in the team, propose CPI initiatives to automate and improve quality of the tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• strong understanding of People Function processes, especially Talent and Learning processes and enabling technologies (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• strong customer service and problem-solving capability
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• high attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
• strong focus on operational and customer service excellence
• proficiency with MS Office suite or related software, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• multilingual communication capability (English plus other regional language)
• experience in service delivery or shared services environments
• experience in a multinational or shared services organization.
