Allegro.eu S.A. in Warszawa seeks a Senior Strategy and Transformation Manager to partner with the Executive Team on high-impact initiatives, define end-to-end solutions, and drive strategic delivery across the business.

You will shape initiatives, build cross-functional teams, and push for timely results while shaping the future of Allegro's e-commerce platform. Fluency in English and 5+ years in leadership roles are required; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles at large companies.
• Experience in top consulting or strategy within a blue-chip environment.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with business acumen.
• Fluent in English.

Senior Strategy and Transformation Manager

Your main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Executive Team and stakeholders on key initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to drive value for Allegro.
• Drive end-to-end solution definition, including problem definition and structuring, running analysis and synthesizing the insights, developing recommendations and strategies, and creating implementation plans.
• Make sure things happen: follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely delivery; proactively support initiative owners (this person might also be the initiative owner) on key questions, and help remove identified roadblocks if necessary.
• Establish cross-functional teams and cultivate successful cross-team relationships.
• Support knowledge and capability building within the organization.

This is the right job for you if:

• You demonstrate 5+ years of experience from leading companies, preferably including 1-3 years in a leadership role within the business.
• You have experience in top consulting firm or in strategy setting in blue-chip environment.
• You have experience in e-commerce or retail (would be an asset).
• You demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen,
• You are able to communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively.
• You are entrepreneurial and results-driven achievers, comfortable with ambiguity.
• You are fluent in English.
• Nice to have: You have experience in processes excellence (Lean Six Sigma would be an asset).
