Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed-term contract based in Warszawa, Poland. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, engaging with English-speaking international teams and managing candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Proactively identify and engage a pipeline of qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Contribute to employer brand by providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to craft accurate job descriptions and refine interview processes
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments for skills and cultural fit
• Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies
• Present recruitment results in a structured, compelling way to stakeholders

Your main responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions within the assigned business area, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Proactively identify, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Contribute to building and maintaining the company's employer brand by providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, understand team needs, and refine interview processes.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Present recruitment process results and outcomes in a structured and compelling manner to stakeholders.
