Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poland is seeking a Transport Planner to plan and monitor the implementation of linear transport routes, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal route use. This is a night-shift, on-site role within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The position requires 3+ years of experience with transport over 3.5 tonnes, knowledge of related regulations, and strong planning and teamwork abilities. English (B1) and Polish language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in transport over 3.5 tonnes.
• Knowledge of transport regulations for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes and driver working hours.
• Proficient English (B1 welcome) and good Polish language skills.

• Plan and monitor the implementation of linear transport routes in accordance with schedule and demand.
• Analyse transport indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimization actions.
• Maintain contact with carriers, solve operational problems, report discrepancies.
• Cooperate with planning, storage and operations to increase shipment flow efficiency.
• Prepare operational and cost reports, provide support in analyses.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor the implementation of linear transport routes in accordance with the schedule and demand.
• Analyse transport indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimization actions.
• Maintain ongoing contact with carriers, solve operational problems, report discrepancies.
• Cooperate with planning, storage and operations departments to increase the efficiency of shipment flow.
• Prepare operational and cost reports, provide support in analyses.

This is the right job for you if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in transport over 3.5 tonnes (operating vehicles such as solo trucks, semi-trailers, or truck-trailers).
• Have knowledge of transport regulations for transport over 3.5 tonnes and driver working hours regulations.
• Are committed, precise, creative and problem-solving-oriented.
• Are available to work a fixed night shift (Mondays: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Speak English (B1 level is welcome).
• Have a good command of the Polish language.
• Have good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Possess strong planning, organizational and teamwork skills.
