Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/technology consulting or admin
• Experience meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
• Desire to be in a role with self-directed organization and the ability to work independently across multiple customers
• Problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to varied audiences
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between customer stakeholders and Veeva Vault capabilities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, translate business needs into practical designs and recommend best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering, configurations, and end-to-end build/test/deploy activities.
• Guide customers on evaluating and adopting new Veeva releases and features.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences and connect stakeholders with internal teams.
• Establish strategies and monitor dependencies for long-term customer success.
• Support team growth through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Develop product expertise in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.
