Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Desire to be in role that involves self-directed organization and the ability to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to take complex customer and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault's core capabilities.
• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending industry best practices, mitigating risks, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering, perform system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities.
• Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and features to maximize value.
• Clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, connecting customer stakeholders with internal teams.
• Establish strategies, monitor cross-project dependencies, and proactively advise customers on ongoing optimisations.
• Support team growth by sharing expertise and mentoring colleagues.
• You will be assigned to a product to build depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.
