Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a client-focused consultant to partner with customers, align their processes to Veeva Vault, and deliver end-to-end solutions remotely from Poland. Qualifications

3+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
Strong at meeting with stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
Desire to be in a role that involves self-directed organization and the ability to work independently across multiple customers.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Drive Business Alignment with customer stakeholders to map processes to Veeva Vault.
Serve as a Strategic Advisor translating needs into scalable designs and best practices.
Lead requirements gathering, configurations, and full lifecycle build/deploy activities (no coding).
Guide platform evolution by evaluating and adopting new Veeva releases and features.
Bridge communication gaps by explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Ensure long-term success by planning, monitoring dependencies, and advising on optimizations.
Develop expertise by focusing on a product area (Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory).
