Qualifications

• 3+ years in software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication across audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault’s core capabilities.
• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while advising on best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering, configurations, and full lifecycle build, test, and deployment (no coding).
• Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva releases and features to maximize value.
• Clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and connect stakeholders with internal teams.
• Establish strategies, monitor dependencies, and advise on ongoing optimizations.
• Develop depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory for assigned product.
