Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a customer-facing professional for its Development Cloud team, based in Poland. This full-time remote role requires engaging directly with customer stakeholders, translating business needs into practical solution designs, and guiding implementations across the full project lifecycle.

You will serve as a strategic partner, helping customers leverage Veeva Vault capabilities, adopt new features, and continuously optimize their use of the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Strong at meeting with stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Desire to be in role that involves self-directed organization across multiple customers.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts to audiences of varying perceptions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault’s core capabilities.
• Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending best practices and mitigating risks.
• Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, perform configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities.
• Guide Platform Evolution: Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and cutting-edge features.
• Bridge Communication Gaps: Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Ensure Long-Term Success: Establish strategies and monitor dependencies while advising on ongoing optimizations.
• Develop Expertise: Be assigned to a product area to build depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.
