Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned consultant to join our global Life Sciences team, working remotely from Poland. You will partner with customers to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities and drive successful outcomes.

In this customer-facing role, you will gather requirements, configure solutions, and guide full lifecycle delivery while adopting industry best practices. You will also help customers evolve their solutions as new releases arrive, ensuring long-term success.

Formación

• 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
• Desire to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault's core capabilities
• Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending industry best practices, mitigating risks, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
• Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, perform system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities
• Guide Platform Evolution: Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and cutting-edge features to maximize value
• Bridge Communication Gaps: Clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, seamlessly connecting customer stakeholders with internal teams
• Ensure Long-Term Success: Establish strategies, monitor cross-project dependencies, and proactively advise customers on ongoing optimizations
• Foster Team Growth: Support team growth by sharing expertise, providing constructive guidance, and encouraging continuous learning across the team
• Develop Expertise: You will be assigned to a product to build depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or regulatory
