Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Desire to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault's core capabilities.
• Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs and recommend best practices.
• Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, configurations, and full lifecycle build, test, deployment.
• Guide Platform Evolution: Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and features.
• Bridge Communication Gaps: Clearly articulate complex concepts to audiences with varying tech backgrounds.
• Ensure Long-Term Success: Establish strategies, monitor dependencies, and advise on ongoing optimisations.
• Foster Team Growth: Share expertise and guide the team.
• Develop Expertise: Assigned to a product area to build depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.
