Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a customer-facing professional for a remote role in Poland. You will collaborate with customers to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities and guide solution design without coding.

Travel is under 10% for customer and internal events. The position is full-time and requires residence in Poland with full work authorization to support ongoing customer success and platform evolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software consulting or admin roles.
• Experience meeting with stakeholders as SME.
• Ability to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault's core capabilities.
• Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending industry best practices, mitigating risks, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, perform system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities. No coding required.
• Guide Platform Evolution: Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and cutting-edge features to maximize value.
• Bridge Communication Gaps: Clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, seamlessly connecting customer stakeholders with internal teams.
• Ensure Long-Term Success: Establish strategies, monitor cross-project dependencies, and proactively advise customers on ongoing optimizations.
• Develop Expertise : You will be assigned to a product to build depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.
