Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Desire to work in a self-directed role across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Alignment with customer stakeholders to map processes to Veeva Vault capabilities.
• Serve as a Strategic Advisor, translating business needs into scalable designs and best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering, configurations, and full lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities.
• Guide customers on adopting new product releases and features to maximize value.
• Bridge communication gaps between customers and internal teams with clear explanations.
• Establish strategies and monitor dependencies for long-term success and optimizations.
• Support team growth by sharing expertise and mentoring colleagues.
• Develop expertise in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory within a product line.
