Job summary

Sii Poland in Rzeszów is seeking an experienced architecture leader to shape a large-scale enterprise service platform ecosystem within a regulated healthcare environment. You will set architectural standards, roadmaps, governance, automation, and platform scalability while aligning security and compliance with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide solution design, drive data governance and AI-enabled services, and coach engineering groups to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in architecture or governance roles.
• Proven track record designing and overseeing large enterprise platform ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of CSDM, CMDB design, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data relationships.
• Experience defining architectural standards and governance for long-term platform evolution.
• Understanding AI-enabled service capabilities and validated environments with GxP requirements.
• Fluent English and a university degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architecture, technology roadmap, design principles, and architectural standards for a complex enterprise platform landscape.
• Act as the senior technical authority for solution design decisions, architectural governance, and exception management.
• Establish best practices for service modeling, configuration management, data governance, and platform data relationships.
• Design reusable patterns for integrations, workflow automation, API connectivity, and AI-enabled digital services.
• Drive governance for user-facing service experiences, self-service capabilities, knowledge solutions, and intelligent virtual assistance.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability while coaching engineering teams and stakeholders.
