Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic development and delivery of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow-based platform in a regulated, international environment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, align priorities with governance and long-term tech objectives, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including enterprise-scale delivery and governance responsibilities.
Proven background in product portfolio management, technology transformation programs, or enterprise platform leadership roles.
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
Strong knowledge of demand management, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, release management, performance metrics, and portfolio reporting.
Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and collaboration, reporting, and portfolio management tools.
Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present recommendations, risks, and strategic outcomes to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the ServiceNow product portfolio and end-to-end demand-to-delivery lifecycle, including prioritization, governance, and executive reporting
Define and maintain the multi-year ServiceNow roadmap across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, AI, automation, integrations, and platform evolution
Drive demand evaluation, value assessment, capacity planning, and backlog readiness to ensure delivery alignment with business priorities
Lead portfolio planning and delivery governance, balancing new initiatives, platform maintenance, compliance, upgrades, and operational needs
Establish and oversee agile and hybrid delivery practices, ensuring effective collaboration across product, process, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams
Manage release planning and governance, ensuring readiness across testing, approvals, documentation, communications, change management, and operational support
Monitor portfolio performance, risks, delivery metrics, adoption, and value realization, while serving as the primary escalation point for cross-functional delivery issues
