Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to shape enterprise‑grade platform solutions, defining architectural vision across ITSM and related workflows. You will guide delivery teams, influence long‑term digital roadmaps for international clients, and provide governance across complex, large‑scale implementations.

You will contribute to bids and pre‑sales, drive innovation, and ensure secure, high‑performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical architecture.
• Expertise across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM suites.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, SSO, and SAML integration technologies.
• Relevant certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end architecture across business, information, systems and technology.
• Design ServiceNow‑based enterprise workflows and ITSM solutions.
• Provide consultancy to senior stakeholders and guide technical decisions.
• Lead architectural governance and act as design authority.
• Support bids, proposals and pre‑sales engagements.
• Drive innovation and contribute to new digital solution offerings.
• Support delivery of complex, large‑scale platform implementations.
