Sii Poland is seeking an experienced architecture leader to define the future direction of a large-scale enterprise service platform ecosystem within an international healthcare context. You will drive architectural standards, roadmaps, governance, automation, and scalable solutions while aligning with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in architecture/ governance roles.
• Experience designing and overseeing complex enterprise platform ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB, service modeling, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architecture, roadmap, design principles, and standards for an enterprise platform landscape.
• Act as senior technical authority for solution design, governance, and exception management.
• Establish best practices for service modeling, configuration management, data governance, and platform data relationships.
• Design reusable patterns for integrations, workflow automation, API connectivity, and AI-enabled services.
• Drive governance for user-facing service experiences, self-service capabilities, and intelligent virtual assistance.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability while coaching teams and stakeholders.
