Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Architecture Leader to define the future direction of a large-scale enterprise service platform ecosystem. The role focuses on architectural standards, roadmaps, governance, automation frameworks, and scalable platform design while aligning with security, compliance, and business goals.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive integration patterns, and ensure CMDB and data relationships support the enterprise service model across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience in architecture/ governance roles.
• Experience designing complex enterprise platform ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB design, Discovery, and data relationships.
• Fluency in English and degree in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture, technology roadmap, and architectural standards for a large enterprise platform.
• Act as senior technical authority for solution design, governance, and exception management.
• Establish best practices for service modeling, data governance, and platform data relationships.
• Design reusable patterns for integrations, workflow automation, APIs, and AI-enabled services.
• Govern user-facing service experiences, self-service capabilities, and intelligent virtual assistance.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability while coaching teams.
