Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a qualified ServiceNow Architect to join our Competency Center in Poland, delivering solutions across Europe and the United States. You will design and evolve scalable ServiceNow-based solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM while shaping the service strategy and technical standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to produce functional designs and integration docs, provide project estimations, and maintain high-quality architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Experience consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and other ITSM/BPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
• Supporting creation of technical offers and project estimations.
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions.
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects.
• Preparing functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documents.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy.
