Good SEO starts with one question: what does the client want to achieve, and what is standing in their way today?
Hi!We’re Insightland - a team of SEO & GEO specialists working with brands such as Bytom, Tatuum, Wojas and Wólczanka.
We create tailored-made strategies based on data, testing and real business impact. We work on brand visibility both in search engines and AI-generated answers, combining content, technology, data and brand authority.
In this role, you’ll lead SEO & GEO projects from both a strategic and business perspective: from understanding the client’s goals, through diagnosing challenges and prioritising actions, to monitoring results.
You’ll join a team with strong technical expertise, so we’re looking for someone who can understand and diagnose visibility-related challenges well.
What will you do:
- lead SEO & GEO projects and take ownership of their direction, priorities and results,
- translate clients’ business goals into strategy and concrete actions,
- analyse data, visibility and website health to identify areas with the greatest potential,
- diagnose technical SEO issues and recommend actionable solutions,
- prioritise activities based on their business impact, not just the scale of the issue,
- lead client meetings, discuss results and recommend next steps,
- collaborate with DEV, Content, Analytics and Performance teams on larger changes and implementations,
- monitor results and adjust the strategy based on data.
Apply if you:
- have at least 4 years of experience in SEO and managing projects,
- can analyse data and translate it into concrete recommendations,
- have experience working with clients and understand the business context of SEO activities, including traffic, conversions, revenue and client priorities,
- are comfortable working with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/ Semrush and similar tools,
- have a strong understanding of Technical SEO and can diagnose issues related to areas such as indexing, rendering, information architecture, internal linking or migrations,
- can work effectively with DEV teams,
- can clearly explain complex topics to both technical and business stakeholders,
- set priorities independently and take ownership of your projects,
- communicate fluently and transparently in Polish and English,
- keep up with developments in GEO and see it as a natural direction for the evolution of SEO.
- experience working with large e-commerce websites,
- experience with server log analysis, SSR/CSR/headless environments, or participation in large-scale website migrations,
- experience automating parts of your work using APIs, scripts, AI or workflows.
What do we offer:
- a high level of autonomy and real influence over the strategy and direction of your projects,
- working with brands that take SEO & GEO seriously and expect us to act as a strategic partner,
- the opportunity to work on large, complex websites and real business challenges,
- collaboration and knowledge sharing with an experienced Technical, Content, Analytics & Performance team,
- access to our self-built tools, AI solutions and R&D projects,
- space to test your own ideas, automate processes and improve the way we work,
- opportunities to take part in training sessions and workshops,
- a culture based on partnership, trust and mutual respect,
- a modern, pet-friendly office in the centre of Wrocław,
- salary aligned with your experience, skills and level of independence, within the range of 10 - 14 000 PLN net (B2B) or 9 000 - 12 000 PLN gross (employment contract).
Recruitment process:
- Short introductory call with HR
- Meeting with the Team Leader
- A task (optional)
- Discussion and final decision
