Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an experienced International SEO Manager to drive global visibility and organic growth across multi-market environments from our Wroclaw, Poland office. You will craft and execute GEO strategies, optimize non-branded traffic, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to scale content and rankings.

The role requires 3-5+ years in international SEO, a strong technical foundation, proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international SEO and GEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic.

• Perform market-specific keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using Semrush, GA, GSC, and Profound; translate insights into improvements.

• Developing and executing international SEO & GEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer platforms
• Leading and optimizing global SEO content performance by managing SEO agencies and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality content driving sustainable growth in rankings, non-branded traffic, and conversions across all markets
• Collaborating with internal development teams and external partners to build and maintain a strong technical SEO foundation, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, redirect management, Core Web Vitals, and structured data implementation
• Conducting market-specific keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for organic growth across international markets
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on SEO & GEO performance using tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Profound, translating insights into actionable recommendations and continuous optimization initiatives
• Staying ahead of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging AI search developments, proactively adapting strategies to maximize global organic growth and visibility

Kogo poszukujemy?

• 3-5+ years of experience in international SEO, ideally gained within a multi-market or global business environment
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawling and indexation, page performance, as well as SEO-driven content strategies and digital analytics
• Experience with leading SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog; experience with GEO and AI search visibility platforms such as Profound is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn complex data and performance insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact
• Proactive, results-driven approach combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and continuous optimization
• Fluent communication in English; additional language skills, particularly French or Spanish, are highly desirable
