In SEO & GEO, it’s not enough to identify the cause of a problem, you also need to recommend what should be done about it.
That’s why we’re not looking for someone who can only spot technical issues. We’re looking for someone who can assess whether those issues are actually costing the client visibility, traffic or sales, and decide what should happen next.
Hi! We’re Insightland – a team of specialists in SEO, GEO, Content, Technical SEO, Web Analytics & Performance. We build brand visibility both in search engines and AI-generated answers for companies such as Tatuum, Wojas, Bytom and Wólczanka.
In this role, you’ll combine technical thinking with the ability to lead projects in a way that makes recommendations actually drive change.
What will you do:
- analyze the technical health of large e-commerce websites and diagnose issues related to indexing, rendering, crawl budget, information architecture and internal linking,
- assess which issues genuinely limit visibility, traffic and sales, and which can wait,
- turn your diagnosis into clear recommendations and priorities for the client and DEV team,
- lead recurring reporting meetings with clients and assess the impact of your work on conversions, sales and website visibility,
- lead larger technical changes and migrations from initial assumptions through to verifying the results,
- analyse data from GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, server logs and other sources to understand the cause, not just the symptom,
- guide clients through your recommendations: explain where website issues or errors come from, what they affect and what should happen next.
Apply if you:
- have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role,
- can look at a technical problem and assess its scale and potential impact on visibility, traffic and revenue,
- don’t stop your work with an audit: you can set priorities, propose solutions and verify their impact,
- have a strong understanding of indexing, rendering, crawl budget, information architecture, internal linking and migrations,
- can work effectively with DEV teams and discuss the technical consequences of decisions with clients,
- are comfortable working with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools,
- can independently manage several complex topics at the same time and make decisions without relying on a ready-made checklist,
- keep up with developments in GEO and see it as a natural direction for the evolution of SEO,
- communicate fluently and transparently in both Polish and English.
- experience analysing server logs,
- experience with large-scale website migrations,
- knowledge of headless / SSR environments, such as Next.js or Nuxt,
- experience working with structured data at template level.
What do we offer:
- a high level of autonomy in diagnosing problems and proposing solutions,
- the opportunity to work on complex websites where Technical SEO & GEO goes far beyond generating an audit,
- close collaboration with DEV teams and specialists in Web Analytics, Content & Performance,
- access to our proprietary tools, AI solutions and R&D projects,
- space to automate your work, test new tools and improve the way you work,
- opportunities to take part in training sessions, workshops and industry events,
- culture based on partnership, trust and mutual respect,
- a pet-friendly office in central Wrocław with a large terrace,
- salary adjacent to your skills and experience between: 10 000 – 14 000 PLN net (B2B contract) or 9 000 – 12 000 PLN gross (employment contract).
