Job summary

Insightland, a Polish SEO & GEO specialist, is seeking a leader to drive client projects from strategy to execution in a data-driven way. You'll work with finance, development, content, analytics, and performance teams to optimize visibility and outcomes.

You'll manage large e-commerce clients, diagnose technical SEO issues, and translate business goals into clear actions while coordinating with stakeholders in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years SEO and project management experience.
• Ability to translate client goals into strategy and concrete actions.
• Experience working with clients and understanding business context of SEO (traffic, conversions, revenue).
• Fluent Polish and English communication.
• Experience with large e-commerce websites and migrations or SSR/CSR environments.
• Experience automating parts of work using APIs, scripts, AI, or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO & GEO projects and own direction, priorities and results.
• Translate clients’ business goals into strategy and concrete actions.
• Analyse data, visibility and website health to identify high-potential areas.
• Diagnose technical SEO issues and recommend actionable solutions.
• Prioritise activities based on business impact, not just issue size.
• Lead client meetings, discuss results and next steps.
• Collaborate with DEV, Content, Analytics and Performance teams on changes.
• Monitor results and adjust strategy based on data.
