Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO Specialist to perform advanced audits, optimize Core Web Vitals, and improve site performance for international SaaS websites. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor impact from a remote Poland base.

The role requires 3–5 years of on-site and technical SEO experience, strong tool knowledge, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of on-site and technical SEO experience, preferably for international SaaS websites or marketplaces.
• Extensive practical SEO knowledge with technical audits, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization and troubleshooting SEO issues.
• Proficient with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, DevTools, WebPageTest.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript, plus Apps Script for automation.
• Fluent English and Polish (minimum B2) and ability to collaborate with technical teams.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical SEO audits covering performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, errors and redirects.


• Identify improvement areas, recommend changes and verify their implementation.


• Monitor traffic metrics and identify optimization opportunities.


• Co-create and execute a technical SEO strategy to grow sustainable organic traffic.


• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, SEO, content and other stakeholder teams.


• Provide technical SEO guidance and follow industry news and trends.

Key requirements:

• 3–5 years of on-site and technical SEO experience, preferably for international SaaS websites or marketplaces.


• Extensive practical SEO knowledge and experience with technical audits, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization and troubleshooting SEO issues.


• Knowledge of Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest and similar tools.


• Knowledge of Google Sheets, including advanced operations, macros and Apps Script; schema markup; HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.


• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot and at least one coding harness.


• Basic knowledge of Jira or other Kanban tools, Google Workspace, Meet, Zoom and Slack.


• English and Polish, spoken and written, at minimum B2 level.


• Ability to reverse-engineer solutions, collaborate with technical teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Agency background and experience with site migrations.


• Python, SQL or BigQuery for larger data sets.


• Basic Google Cloud Platform knowledge and web accessibility audit experience.
