Job summary

Hexecapital in Wroclaw is seeking an SEO & AI Search specialist with at least 2 years of experience. You will run projects for Polish and international clients, conduct audits, interpret data from GSC/GA4, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

You will engage directly with clients, prioritise actions, and test innovative visibility approaches in search engines and LLMs. We value independent work, strong analytical skills, and enthusiasm for AI-driven SEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience.
• Strong SEO skills with understanding of AI Search trends.
• Experience with SEO analytics tools such as GSC, GA4, Senuto, Semrush, or Ahrefs.

We work with brands such as Tatuum, Wólczanka, Nice To Fit You, and Bytom, connecting SEO & AI Search with real business goals.

We help brands build visibility not only in traditional search engines, but also in AI-generated answers. We analyse data, identify growth opportunities, test new approaches, and turn insights into concrete actions.

What you’ll do:

• run SEO & AI Search projects for clients in Poland and international markets,
• conduct audits and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations,
• analyse search intent, visibility, and topic potential,
• design strategies for building brand authority and visibility, including in the context of AI Search,
• diagnose problems and prioritise actions based on project needs,
• test new formats and approaches to visibility in search engines and LLMs,
• work directly with clients and discuss results, recommendations, and next steps,
• analyse data from GSC, GA4, and other SEO tools,
• monitor performance and adjust strategy based on data,
• use AI tools and our proprietary solutions in your day-to-day work.

You’ll be a good fit if:

• you have at least 2 years of SEO experience,
• you have strong SEO skills and understand how the field is changing under the influence of AI Search,
• you’re comfortable working with SEO and analytics tools such as GSC, GA4, Senuto, Semrush, or Ahrefs,
• you can analyse data and turn it into clear decisions and recommendations,
• you don’t just execute tasks, you think about why something should be done and what outcome it is meant to achieve,
• you can independently manage your work and set priorities,
• you’re comfortable communicating directly with clients,
• you’re genuinely interested in how SEO, AI Search, LLMs, and new technologies are evolving,
• you like testing ideas, validating assumptions, and looking for better solutions,
• previous agency experience and managing several clients at the same time will be a plus.
