Job summary

Insightland is seeking a skilled SEO specialist to manage projects for Polish and international clients, with a focus on AI Search and data-driven decisions.

You will audit sites, analyze intent and visibility, and translate findings into actionable recommendations while collaborating directly with clients and the Team Leader.

The role offers a modern Wroclaw office, independence, and a salary ranging from 7k to 13k PLN net on B2B or 7k–10k PLN gross on employment, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of SEO experience.
• Strong SEO skills and adaptability to AI Search trends.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GSC, GA4, Senuto, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
• Ability to translate data into clear decisions and recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple clients and setting priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Run SEO & GEO projects for clients in Poland and international markets.
• Conduct audits and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Analyse search intent, visibility, and topic potential.
• Design strategies for building brand authority and visibility, including in AI Search.
• Diagnose problems and prioritise actions based on project needs.
• Test new formats and approaches to visibility in search engines and LLMs.
• Work directly with clients discussing results, recommendations, and next steps.
• Analyse data from GSC, GA4, and other SEO tools.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on data.
• Use AI tools and proprietary solutions in day-to-day work.
