Relativity is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to own data governance, reporting infrastructure, and AI-native workflows that drive how our GTM organization executes and makes decisions. You will own end-to-end ownership—from requirements and stakeholder alignment through build, launch, and enablement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Revenue/Sales Ops or related analytics field.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency and CRM data architecture.
• Expert Tableau experience for decision-driving dashboards.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, CoPilot) for workflows.
• Proven end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong communication and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of dashboards and reporting initiatives—from requirements to launch and enablement.
• Build and continuously improve Tableau dashboards that power sales performance visibility across GTM activities.
• Develop scalable performance reports covering pipeline, ARR/revenue forecasting, KPI attainment, and data consumption.
• Own KPI definitions, data standards, and governance processes to ensure reporting integrity.
• Investigate data discrepancies and partner with IT and other teams to maintain a single source of truth.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows to improve GTM quality and scale.
