Relativity is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to own data governance, reporting infrastructure, and AI-native workflows across the GTM function. You will drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through launch and enablement, turning data into actionable insights for leadership.

This role emphasizes building Tableau dashboards, defining KPIs, and partnering with Deal Desk, IT, and Finance to maintain a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Revenue/Sales Ops or related analytics.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency and CRM data mapping.
• Expert Tableau skills for decision-driving dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own dashboard lifecycle from requirements to enablement.
• Build Tableau dashboards for GTM visibility across sales activities.
• Develop KPI reports: pipeline, ARR/revenue forecasting, KPI attainment.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, IT, and BPT to ensure data integrity.
