Relativity is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to own data governance, reporting infrastructure, and AI-native workflows for our GTM organization. You will lead end-to-end dashboard development and KPI governance while collaborating with Sales Ops, FP&A, IT, and other partners.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in revenue operations, strong Salesforce and Tableau skills, and experience with AI tools to enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related analytical field.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency and CRM data architecture understanding.
• Expert Tableau skills to design decision-driving dashboards.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar).
• Proven end-to-end project ownership—from requirements to enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own dashboard and reporting initiatives from requirements to enablement.
• Build Tableau dashboards for GTM performance visibility.
• Develop scalable reports on pipeline, ARR/revenue forecasting, KPIs.
• Define KPIs, data standards, and governance processes.
• Design AI-native workflows to improve GTM quality and scale.
• Partner with Sales Ops, FP&A, IT to translate needs into data solutions.
• Mentor junior team members on tools and analytics.
