Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to help enable a high performing product management team. You will support tooling, feedback collection, and roadmap processes, with a growing emphasis on AI fluency and automation.

You will collaborate with a diverse set of partners, optimize ceremonies, and design practical automations across discovery, requirements, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology, data analytics, product management, project management, or process/operations analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to streamline work, automate processes, and improve output quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or related area of study.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize feature launches with internal partners to ensure successful releases.
• Administer and guide tooling for product feedback and roadmap management.
• Support operating cadence, route requests, and coordinate high-value content for dept meetings.
